Culture of Corruption

I just read another example of the shenanigans of this Presidency. It seems Obama is lending millions of dollars to Petrobras, Brazil's state-owned oil company (in which George Soros owns major shares). Now let's get this straight....we can't expand drilling in the U.S. or its coastal waters, but we can lend money to a company in which Obama's friend is a major share holder.
